Customer Service Representative – Call Center

About the role

The Call Center Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customers contacting the company on behalf of Michelin. You will handle a wide range of inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding orders, product information, billing, account maintenance, and technical support.
• Listen actively, identify root causes, and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a courteous tone.
• Assist customers with order placement, returns, exchanges, shipment tracking, and account updates.
• Record all interactions in the appropriate system and generate performance reports as needed.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to address escalated or specialized inquiries.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic customer service and phone handling experience with strong verbal communication.

Required skills

• Basic computer applications proficiency.
• Typing and data entry skills.
• Minimum 100 Mbps internet connection for remote work.
