Director of Product Management – Commercialization & Operational Insights

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the commercialization and go‑to‑market strategy for its Operational Insights Program within the Data & Services division. The role will shape product value propositions, pricing, and enable sales and delivery teams across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for Operational Insights products.
• Define product value propositions, pricing models, and create sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Global Product Management technical teams to align product roadmap with commercial priorities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure successful product launch and adoption.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in data‑driven services or financial technology.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of launching and scaling products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical, sales, and marketing teams.
