HR Lifestyle Support Internship in Milan

About the role

Ferrari’s Lifestyle HR team is looking for a motivated intern to support HR activities for the Lifestyle department, especially retail. The role will involve employee lifecycle management, onboarding, reporting and employee support.

Key responsibilities

• Administration and management of the employee life cycle: contract deadlines, probation periods, part‑time contracts, renewals, organizational changes and pre‑hiring processes.
• Organise induction meetings for new hires, monitor mandatory training courses and follow‑up on critical issues.
• Support coordination between Lifestyle HR and the Corporate HR function at headquarters.
• Monitor and report on performance & feedback processes, manage clothing allowance and expense reports.
• Prepare sales incentive assignment letters, act as liaison between administration and employees, and provide information on welfare topics and portal usage.

Required profile

• Recent Master graduate or final‑year Master student in Work Psychology, Economics, Law or Human Resources Management.
• Passion for fashion and entertainment, with internship or project experience in automotive or luxury sectors.
• Analytical, target‑oriented and structured thinking.
• Excellent communication and listening skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and willingness to adapt to Ferrari’s culture.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiarity with AI tools (considered a plus).
