Maintenance Supervisor – 3rd Shift

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift at our Bosch facility in Florence. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring that production equipment runs reliably while driving continuous improvement and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign maintenance calls, covering electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and tooling repairs.
• Oversee preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders in the maintenance database.
• Coordinate 5S activities and support safety initiatives on the shop floor.
• Manage shift coverage, including extended and weekend work, and communicate major downtimes using the escalation plan.
• Lead problem‑solving sessions, develop root‑cause analyses and present corrective actions to management.
• Identify training gaps and implement a maintenance training plan for the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or production support.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, planned and unplanned maintenance, and procurement processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and designs.
