Operations Specialist - Therapist Acquisition & Onboarding

About the role

Unobravo International is seeking an Operations Specialist to lead the acquisition and onboarding of therapists, ensuring operational excellence as the company scales its mental‑health platform. You will own end‑to‑end processes, drive automation, and collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless experience for both therapists and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise the full acquisition and onboarding journey for new therapists, meeting growth targets.
• Implement process automation and AI tooling across acquisition and onboarding functions.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor funnel efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide teams with tools and operating mechanisms to streamline workflows.
• Continuously improve clinical acquisition and onboarding processes to ensure high‑quality, consistent experiences.
• Act as the integration point for new strategic initiatives affecting acquisition and onboarding.
• Redesign and optimise the therapist off‑boarding process, ensuring compliance and patient care continuity.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Service Operations or Program Management, preferably in high‑volume scale‑ups.
• Hands‑on experience with process automation and AI‑based solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, identify patterns, and build business cases.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑variability operational environments.
• Familiarity with operational metrics, SLAs, and structured workflows.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
