About the role

Dandy is building a digital operating system for dental practices and needs a Customer Experience Lab Technician for its Italian market. Based in Milan, you will combine deep dental lab expertise with real‑time support to clinicians, ensuring high‑quality case outcomes and a seamless digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with doctors in real time to review and refine treatment plans, providing guidance on complex implant and crown‑and‑bridge cases.
• Deliver live technical support in Italian via phone, chat, and video, troubleshooting workflow issues and answering design questions.
• Act as the local liaison between Italian clinicians and Dandy’s lab teams, translating clinical feedback into production specifications.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of digital dental workflows, scan bodies, and implant systems to ensure optimal case quality.

Required profile

• Full professional fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Based in or willing to relocate to Milan and work from the office.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a dental technician and at least 2 years with 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including implant and crown‑and‑bridge cases.
• Proven ability to communicate empathetically with clinicians and manage multiple concurrent conversations.
