Operations Specialist – Therapist Acquisition & Onboarding

About the role

Unobravo International is looking for an Operations Specialist to lead the acquisition and onboarding of therapists across Europe. The role focuses on automating processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring a seamless experience for both therapists and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the end‑to‑end acquisition and onboarding journey for new therapists.
• Design, implement, and scale process‑automation and AI‑based tools across acquisition and onboarding functions.
• Maintain and enhance the clinical onboarding process, guaranteeing consistency and high quality.
• Serve as the integration lead for new strategic initiatives, aligning them with existing acquisition and onboarding workflows.
• Redesign the therapist off‑boarding process to ensure compliance, scalability, and patient‑centric outcomes.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Service Operations or Program Management, preferably in high‑growth scale‑ups.
• Proven hands‑on experience with process automation and AI‑based solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, identify patterns, and drive change.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑variability operational environments.
• Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
