Pricing & Reimbursement Specialist – Italy

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Pricing & Reimbursement Specialist to support the development and execution of pricing and reimbursement strategies for our products in Italy. The role will involve preparing dossiers for AIFA, conducting pricing analyses, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure optimal market access.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and maintain Pricing & Reimbursement dossiers for AIFA, ensuring high‑quality documentation and timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to gather technical and administrative information required for pricing and reimbursement processes.
• Support price negotiations and alignment with headquarters, providing business cases and profitability analyses.
• Monitor Italian pricing and reimbursement regulations, AIFA publications, and transparency lists to anticipate market changes.
• Assist lifecycle management activities such as patent expiry monitoring, price updates, contract renewals and reimbursement‑related obligations.
• Provide pricing and reimbursement expertise to internal teams including Market Access, Commercial, Finance and international affiliates.
• Contribute to forecasting, budget planning, risk assessments and the development of innovative pricing strategies.

Required profile

• University degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Business or a related field.
• Previous experience in Pricing & Reimbursement within the Italian healthcare system.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market, pricing and reimbursement data.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail when handling complex tasks.
• Fluent communication skills in both Italian and English, written and verbal.
