Senior Specialist – Value Market Access, Oncology New Products

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Value Market Access New Product Oncology supports the development and implementation of access strategies for oncology medicines, aligning with company objectives and Italian market requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define access strategy and build value messages for oncology products in the Italian market.
• Analyse national and regional factors influencing perception of medicine value and identify access opportunities.
• Develop and adapt pharmacoeconomic models such as Budget Impact and Cost‑Effectiveness analyses for the local context.
• Support preparation of dossiers and tools for pricing, reimbursement and HTA processes.

Required profile

• Degree in economics or scientific disciplines; Master’s in health economics, pharmacoeconomics or HTA is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of market access experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably oncology.
• Strong analytical, project‑management and communication skills, fluent in English.

What we offer

• Salary range €54,900 – €93,300 per year, with potential bonus and long‑term incentives.
• Employment under the national collective labour agreement (CCNL) Chimico‑Farmaceutico, level A3.
