About the role
The 2026 International Recruitment and Development Internship (IRDP) at Johnson & Johnson offers high‑potential MBA and master’s students a chance to work on real business projects in Milan, Italy. Interns will be integrated into cross‑functional teams and gain exposure to leadership across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Lead significant business projects with real‑life implications and present findings to senior leaders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in areas such as business development, finance, marketing, operations, and supply chain.
Required profile
- First‑year full‑time MBA or master’s student graduating after September 2026, with at least three years of relevant professional experience.
- Fluent in English and the local language, legally authorized to work in Italy, and available full‑time for 8‑12 weeks between June and September 2026.
