Medical Affairs Manager – Neuroscience

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Medical Affairs Manager, Neuroscience, to shape and execute the medical strategy for its neuroscience portfolio in Italy. You will work on innovative therapies for autoimmune neurological diseases, neurodegenerative disorders and other unmet medical needs, partnering with healthcare professionals and scientific societies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Medical Affairs strategy for assigned products and disease areas, aligning with local and regional priorities.
• Build trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals, investigators, scientific societies and patient organizations.
• Drive evidence‑generation initiatives, including clinical research, real‑world evidence programs and investigator‑sponsored studies.
• Lead scientific communication, medical education and publication activities while ensuring compliance and scientific integrity.
• Collaborate across functions and geographies to support current and future product launches within the neuroscience portfolio.

Required profile

• Medical degree or other advanced scientific degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in neuroscience, particularly autoimmune neurological diseases, is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a complex matrix organization.
• Fluency in English and a strong commitment to ethical leadership and patient centricity.
