Product Manager - Payments

About the role

Satispay is building a loved financial platform and needs a Product Manager to own Consumer Payments across debit cards, SEPA Credit Transfers, QR payments and more. You will drive the product from concept through launch and scale, ensuring a seamless, intuitive experience for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Discover the right problems by combining user evidence, product data, market signals and regulatory insight.
• Lead 0→1 product development and drive strategy, execution, and launch of new payment features.
• Scale live products: grow adoption, expand coverage, improve reliability and manage support demand.
• Own the consumer‑facing UX, making complex financial mechanics transparent and intuitive.
• Write clear product requirements and align cross‑functional teams including Compliance, Legal, Finance and Fraud.
• Manage external partnerships with card schemes, issuing processors and payment providers.

Required profile

• 3+ years as a Product Manager in payments, banking or fintech.
• Proven track record of shipping new products and scaling them.
• Deep knowledge of at least one payment rail (card issuing, SEPA transfers or account‑to‑account).
• Strong grasp of payment economics, fees and fraud loss analysis.
• Comfort working in regulated environments (PSD2, SCA, AML) and collaborating with compliance and legal teams.
• Professional fluency in English; Italian not required.
