Product Manager - Investments

About the role

As the Product Manager for the Investments domain at satispay, you will make investing radically simple and accessible for our 6.5 million users across any asset type. You will own the end‑to‑end roadmap for products such as ETFs, stocks, ready‑made funds, money‑market funds and pension plans while balancing regulatory complexity with a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the investment product roadmap from opportunity sizing to shipped features, backed by data and user research.
• Navigate regulatory complexity, ensuring simplicity for users while complying with investment regulations.
• Collaborate closely with compliance and legal teams to address the regulated nature of the products.
• Conduct continuous user research (interviews, usability tests, support tickets) and translate insights into product decisions.
• Define specifications and work daily with design and engineering to ship features, then iterate based on performance data.
• Track, own and report core KPIs such as activation, adoption, AUM and transaction volumes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with regulated products (investing, lending, insurance).
• Proven track record in the investment space and a genuine passion for finance.
• Data‑driven mindset: build hypotheses, validate them and rely on analytics to guide decisions.
• User‑centric focus: prioritize direct user feedback and research over assumptions.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, working closely with designers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
