Product Owner

About the role

The Product Owner will act as the bridge between business goals and technical delivery, shaping the product vision and ensuring the development team builds valuable features. You will work closely with designers, developers, QA, and stakeholders to translate market insights and user feedback into a prioritized backlog.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product backlog, prioritising items based on business value and user needs.
• Lead sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, guiding the team toward continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, analysts, developers and QA to align technical implementation with product vision.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive products and technology shifts to identify opportunities and threats.
• Develop release plans, coordinate integrations and deployments with other product owners and infrastructure teams.
• Analyse product performance using data analytics and recommend enhancements.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and client services to manage expectations and translate requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management or product ownership.
• Strong grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Customer‑centric mindset with visionary thinking.
• Leadership skills and ability to work in dynamic environments.
