Senior .NET Developer / Technical Project Lead

About the role

MainStreaming is scaling its R&D team and seeks a senior .NET developer who will also act as a technical project lead. You will help improve the Intelligent Media Deliver Platform and ensure high quality, performance, and governance of streaming services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and control project development, including feasibility analysis and milestone setting.
• Coordinate technical and functional analysis, software development, testing and risk management.
• Ensure code quality, performance and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Organise regular stakeholder meetings, track progress and verify achieved goals.
• Manage workload within the team and resolve conflicts.

Required profile

• Passion for product quality, testing and documentation.
• Proactive, able to work autonomously in an international team.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve daily.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
• Conversational English for daily communication.

Required skills

• .NET, C# and J2EE development.
• Internet technologies and streaming/broadcasting concepts.
• Software Quality Assurance, test automation and continuous delivery.
• Project management and enterprise‑scale project experience.
