Recruiter – Onsite Light Industrial (Florence, KY)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an experienced Recruiter to serve as the onsite liaison for a light‑industrial client in Florence, KY. You will act as the subject‑matter expert, building strong relationships with both the client and designated staffing suppliers while driving candidate and client engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite liaison at the client location, focusing on light‑industrial roles.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with three designated staffing suppliers.
• Monitor and manage order flow to align supplier submissions with client needs.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve challenges, communicate priority shifts, and maintain engagement.
• Step in to review resumes when supplier production is low to ensure hiring targets are met.
• Track hiring metrics and provide data‑driven insights for process improvements.
• Champion Kelly’s culture of inclusion, teamwork, and personal integrity daily.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of recruiting or supplier‑relationship management experience in a high‑volume industrial or light‑industrial environment.
• Experience working directly with staffing suppliers or as an MSP/RPO specialist is highly valued.
• Ability to work effectively onsite, building trust with client contacts and partner suppliers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive, data‑aware approach.
• Proven track record of collaborating to achieve hiring goals and fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Fieldglass.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What we offer

• Annual base salary range $51,300 – $68,400 (USD), based on experience.
• Full‑time, permanent position with a comprehensive benefits package.
• Onsite work schedule – 5 days per week at the Florence facility.
