HR Administration Specialist – Manufacturing Site

About the role

Join the Human Resources team at Nestlé Waters Italy’s S. Giorgio in Bosco manufacturing site. You will ensure accurate, timely HR administration while supporting the digital transformation of HR processes through standardisation, simplification and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Support payroll by collecting, validating and submitting payroll data.
• Manage time‑and‑attendance records, including anomalies, absences and holidays.
• Administer HR actions for hiring, terminations, contract extensions, agency and seasonal workers.
• Coordinate training administration, course assignments and reporting.
• Prepare labour‑cost forecasts, analyses and monitoring.
• Develop HR reports, indicators and data analyses for management.
• Handle employee access and authorisation for the factory.
• Assist in organising factory events such as open days and school visits.

Required profile

• At least 6 months experience in personnel administration, payroll or HR generalist, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, confidentiality and ability to meet deadlines.
