Sales Assistant (Fixed‑term, Nov‑Jan) – Full‑Time in Milan

About the role

The AMI Sales Assistant acts as the brand ambassador in the Rinascente store, delivering premium customer service while adhering to AMI’s retail processes. This fixed‑term position runs from November to the end of January and offers a fast‑growing fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients, advise on looks and additional products, and develop customer loyalty.
• Maintain personal and customer files, send post‑visit CRM emails, and monitor personal and store KPIs.
• Report directly to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Participate in stock management activities such as deliveries, loans, defectives, transfers and cycle counting.
• Ensure the store is clean, well‑organized and visually merchandised according to VM standards.
• Handle cash transactions and manage cashier tools.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury or designer clothing sales and familiarity with sales techniques.
• Strong interest in fashion and the luxury market, with a dynamic, smiling and involved attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional language is a plus.
• Curiosity and willingness to dedicate yourself to a new project.
