About the role

The Educational Secretary supports the daily administrative operations of the institute, acting as the main point of contact for students, families, teachers and the academic management team. The role ensures smooth handling of enrolments, scheduling and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

Welcome visitors and provide information or services as needed.
Enter enrolment applications and explain related procedures.
Organise school and extracurricular activities.
Manage the principal’s agenda.
File all course‑related documentation.
Prepare documentation required for courses and examinations.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

Required profile

Proven experience in an administrative role.
Ability to work autonomously on various procedures.
Knowledge of regulations governing school activities.
Strong problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with standard office software and school management systems.
Secondary school diploma.
English language proficiency at least B2 level.
