Informazioni sul ruolo

PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti, membro del network PwC, ricerca a Milano un Senior Associate per il dipartimento M&A Tax. Il candidato dovrà supportare clienti in operazioni straordinarie, garantendo una corretta gestione fiscale sia a livello nazionale che internazionale.

Responsabilità principali

Esecuzione di tax due diligence per operazioni straordinarie.
Strutturazione di operazioni straordinarie domestiche e internazionali.
Consulenza in materia di fiscalità d'impresa, sia domestica che internazionale.

Profilo richiesto

Abilitazione alla professione di Dottore commercialista.
Esperienza di 2-4 anni in corporate taxes.
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Motivazione, entusiasmo e orientamento al risultato.
Capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team.
