Senior Associate – Transaction Services (Milan)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Transaction Services team in Milan. You will support clients through mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, providing strategic advice, conducting due diligence and delivering financial analysis. The role combines client interaction, technical execution and the development of your professional brand within a leading professional services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Perform due‑diligence reviews and financial analyses for M&A transactions.
• Support the planning and execution of transaction processes, ensuring quality and timeliness.
