As a Chemical and Laboratory Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, chemical integrity, and technical precision within a high-stakes industrial environment.

Missions principales

• Lead and manage all site chemical activities and laboratory operations to ensure seamless production support.
• Monitor chemical injection rates, manage stocks, and oversee the procurement of essential chemical supplies.
• Supervise, train, and mentor technical laboratory personnel to maintain high performance and safety standards.
• Guarantee the accuracy of technical analyses and ensure strict compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and optimization of laboratory equipment and analytical procedures.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Field Engineers, and HSE departments to provide data-driven recommendations and safety documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement processes to optimize production efficiency and laboratory workflows.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as a Chemical Engineer or Laboratory Manager, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing technical teams and laboratory staff.
• In-depth knowledge of chemical dosing, stock management, and industrial analytical processes.
• Rigorous approach to safety (HSE) and quality standards in a demanding industrial setting.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable production recommendations.
