Senior Project Manager – Power Generation (Italy)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, sales‑driven power generation projects across Italy. You will work closely with sales, engineering, finance and operations teams to deliver on‑time, on‑budget solutions that meet customer expectations and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple high‑complexity projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to scope projects, define objectives and set measurable performance goals.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones and budgets.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues using structured tools.
• Interpret financial indicators to support decision‑making and protect project performance.
• Communicate status, risks and dependencies clearly to sponsors, customers and internal teams.
• Leverage internal and external resources, sharing best practices and lessons learned.
• Coach and support project team members and other Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level project and program management experience, balancing scope, schedule, cost and resources.
• Strong ability to manage complexity, resolve conflict and drive structured problem solving in fast‑paced sales environments.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical and commercial information for diverse audiences.
• Customer‑focused mindset with experience delivering Gensets and Balance of Plant solutions, including data‑center installations.
• Engineering background with knowledge of procedures, standards and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
