Production Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, passionate Production Team Lead to head the Italy production team delivering Fever Originals live experiences across the Italian market. The role combines leadership, project management and hands‑on production expertise to ensure high‑quality events are executed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Italy Production team, managing internal staff and freelancers.
• Oversee venue preparation, including procurement, permits, insurance and technical validation for parks, stadiums and open fields.
• Manage kit movement, trucking plans and cross‑loading between sites.
• Control build costing, monitor budgets and proactively identify cost overruns.
• Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams and external partners to align on event deliverables.
• Maintain a directory of freelancers and service providers and expand the vendor network.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in live event production or immersive experiences.
• 1‑2 years of people‑management experience.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on detail and budget discipline.
