Senior Property Legal Counsel – Real Estate Lease Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Property Legal Counsel you will join Pandora’s global legal team, reporting to the SEMEA Head of Legal and based in Milan. You will provide specialised legal advice to the Property and Network teams supporting store operations and expansion across Italy and other SEMEA markets such as Turkey, Greece, South Africa and the U.A.E.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and review lease agreements for new stores, renewals and amendments, ensuring compliance with Pandora Group policies.
• Prepare ancillary documents including bank guarantees, insurance policies and powers of attorney.
• Compose board resolutions, minutes and other formal documents required for lease approvals and store openings.
• Coordinate notarial appointments and related formalities for lease execution.
• Produce regular reports on lease status, ongoing negotiations, break options and other key metrics.
• Advise the Property and Network teams on real‑estate law, lease provisions and related regulatory matters.
• Draft correspondence with landlords regarding terminations, fit‑out works, maintenance claims and payments.
• Manage incidents and disputes with landlords or other tenants, liaising with insurance brokers as needed.

Required profile

• Law degree with a strong focus on commercial real‑estate law.
• Several years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams in an international environment.
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.
