Senior Software Engineer - Mobile (iOS)

About the role

Eight Sleep is seeking a Senior iOS Software Engineer to lead the development of its flagship mobile application. The app is the primary interface for members to control the sleep‑fitness hardware, view insights, and personalize their experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and ship high‑quality native iOS features using Swift.
• Collaborate closely with backend, firmware, machine‑learning, R&D, Growth, and Hardware teams.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best‑practice standards.
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and animation smoothness.
• Maintain a pixel‑perfect UI with advanced SwiftUI and Combine patterns.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience shipping production‑grade iOS applications.
• Proven track record in a fast‑growing startup environment.
• Strong passion for health‑tech, wellness, and data‑driven products.
