Senior Strategic Projects Manager

About the role

As our Senior Strategic Projects Manager, you’ll manage the most complex, ambiguous, and high‑impact strategic projects and programs across the company. You will lead large‑scale initiatives, solve intricate business challenges and influence key strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale, high‑uncertainty projects and transformational initiatives, delivering exceptional results.
• Develop innovative, data‑backed solutions to complex business problems with a user‑first approach.
• Manage relationships with C‑level stakeholders and act as a strategic partner for leadership.
• Influence major decisions through in‑depth analysis, integrating diverse perspectives into coherent strategies.
• Develop and introduce new methodologies, best practices, or frameworks to ensure consistent user‑first execution.
• Provide support and mentorship to team members, even without direct reporting lines.
• Shape departmental strategies to foster a high‑performance culture and balance swift action with thoughtful planning.
• Design systems and processes that optimize time, money and talent across the organization.

Required profile

• Exceptional strategic judgment and strong execution drive in ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or high‑growth tech, with a track record in product and technology‑led initiatives.
• Proven experience owning large‑scale, cross‑functional projects, setting governance, and delivering outcomes.
• Ability to frame high‑stakes problems, define strategic narratives and drive executive‑level trade‑offs.
• Outstanding capability to influence C‑level stakeholders through clear storytelling and decision‑ready outputs.
• Depth in at least one strategic domain or transformation type, applying best practices to guide teams.
