Site Manager – Renewable Energy Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Site Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality photovoltaic (PV) projects across Italy. You will work in an international, safety-focused environment, overseeing construction from execution through commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan and coordinate all on-site construction activities during execution and commissioning phases.
• Coordinate contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality and timely project delivery.
• Oversee HSEQ compliance, reporting risks, hazards and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor construction progress, equipment deliveries and maintain site documentation, including weekly reports.
• Ensure works comply with local, national and international regulations and technical specifications.
• Organise and participate in on-site meetings, testing, commissioning and final acceptance activities.

Required profile

• Degree in civil, electrical or a related engineering field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction site management, preferably in renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical and civil works.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Structured, responsible and independent working style with willingness to travel extensively and work full-time on-site.
