Senior QC Coordinator

About the role

Fulkrum, a global leader in inspection and technical staffing, is looking for a highly motivated Senior QC Coordinator to join its Milan office. The role requires previous experience in an Inspection QCC position within the energy sector and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client requests for QA/QC, engineering, project support, and site/office personnel.
• Source and prepare candidates, liaise with clients throughout proposal, interview, selection and placement stages.
• Manage candidate assignments, including contractual terms, task documents, site reports, and client complaints.
• Provide performance feedback, advise on report and time‑keeping compliance, and conduct regular care calls.
• Identify new business opportunities, ensure SLA adherence, and meet Fulkrum KPI targets.
• Mentor coordination team members, support audits, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of on‑shore and off‑shore Oil & Gas projects.
• Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven ability to build and manage strong client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with major Oil & Gas operators, service companies or inspection providers.
