Strategy Intern – Purpose & Mobilization

About the role

BrightHouse, a business division of the Boston Consulting Group, is looking for a Strategy Intern to support purpose and mobilization projects in its newly opened Milan office. The role combines research, stakeholder engagement, and creative ideation to help large organisations drive meaningful change.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research for purpose and mobilization initiatives.
• Support stakeholder interviews and synthesize key themes.
• Assist in preparing and facilitating project ideation sessions, developing briefs and contributing ideas.
• Prepare materials for client meetings.
• Ensure interviews, meetings and project milestones stay on schedule.
• Plan and facilitate Mastermind interviews and workshops.
• Help create new best‑practice tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with Strategists and Creatives.

Required profile

• Analytical and creative business mindset.
• Interest in purpose‑driven projects and organisational change.
• Student in at least the second year of a Bachelor programme (Master students preferred).
• Some practical experience in a service environment is preferred.
• Ideally experience or interest in consulting.
• Native Italian language skills and fluent English.
