Head of Product Marketing - Merchant

About the role

Satispay is looking for a senior leader to own the product marketing strategy for its Merchant business, driving acquisition, activation and loyalty across diverse merchant segments. You will shape the go‑to‑market vision, build a high‑impact team and work closely with cross‑functional partners to deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Merchant product marketing strategy and define the go‑to‑market vision aligned with commercial goals.
• Lead launches of new merchant products, shaping narrative, positioning and launch plans.
• Build and lead a small, high‑impact product marketing team, hiring and coaching specialists.
• Drive end‑to‑end go‑to‑market excellence, including sales enablement and post‑launch measurement.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Business Development, CRM and Creative teams to ensure market‑driven strategies.
• Develop merchant segmentation and differentiated value propositions for micro, SMB and enterprise merchants.
• Define and maintain the merchant narrative across sales materials, campaigns and events.
• Set KPIs for merchant acquisition and engagement, using data to prioritize investments and refine strategy.

Required profile

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership of product or B2B marketing teams.
• Hands‑on experience marketing to businesses or merchants, preferably in payments, fintech or two‑sided marketplaces.
• Proven ability to build and shape a small team from scratch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

• Salary €70,000‑€95,000 gross per year, plus equity participation.
