Support Engineer / Workplace Support Engineer (12-month contract, on-site Milan)

About the role

We are seeking an Italian‑speaking Support Engineer / Workplace Support Engineer to provide VIP and executive level assistance on‑site in Milan, with occasional work in Lugano. The role focuses on taking ownership of user issues, managing expectations, and escalating to the client’s IT team when necessary.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues such as PCs that do not start, disconnected network cables, or docking stations.
• Configure PCs, smartphones, and related peripherals.
• Provide support for Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 applications, including email errors and NDRs.
• Assist users with application usage and general IT queries.
• Escalate complex problems to the client’s IT team and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain professional interaction with executive and VIP stakeholders.

What we offer
