Territory Manager – North Italy

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking a Territory Manager for North Italy to join the South Europe Sales Team. The role is field‑based, covering private clinics and hospitals with a focus on operating rooms and delivery suites, supporting product transitions and new launches.

Key responsibilities

• Make sales calls to surgeons, operating‑room and L&D managers, nursing and administrative staff.
• Promote CooperSurgical products, support the transition of newly acquired and established products, and launch new offerings.
• Engage Key Opinion Leaders in the territory and provide product training and support initiatives.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, participate in national and regional congresses, and handle expense and paperwork submissions.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of field sales experience in surgical, OR or labor‑and‑delivery environments.
• Fluent in Italian with good written and verbal English.
• Strong core sales skills, self‑starter attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of Italy’s diverse healthcare systems, public and private sectors, and tender processes.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• CRM tool usage.
