Account Manager – Amazon Key (EU)

About the role

Join Amazon’s Amazon Key team to lead the rollout of smart home access solutions across the EU. You will own the end‑to‑end journey from signed contract to full deployment for strategic property‑management and enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute customized rollout plans for enterprise clients in the UK, Germany and other EU markets.
• Design and deliver training, enablement programs and repeatable processes that scale impact.
• Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Install Operations, Engineering and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Analyze deployment data and satisfaction metrics, identify adoption barriers and propose corrective actions.
• Establish KPIs, track rollout progress and communicate performance insights to senior stakeholders.
• Conduct regular business reviews, site visits and client meetings to maintain strategic relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional programs that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and balance competing priorities while maintaining high standards of customer experience.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to champion customer‑centric initiatives.
