Account Manager – Amazon Marketplace (Remote)

About the role

As an Account Manager for Amazon Marketplace, you will be the daily point of contact for our brand partners, ensuring their Amazon accounts run smoothly across European and North American markets. You will work remotely with a young, dynamic team and gain hands‑on experience in advertising, logistics, and cross‑border selling.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first responder for client issues, fixing account health, listings, suppressed products, flat‑file corrections, and Seller Support cases.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date view of each account’s stock, shipments, performance metrics, and open issues.
• Run stock checks, anticipate stockouts, and trigger replenishment actions.
• Coordinate inbound shipments, monitor delays, and communicate status to clients.
• Own the full task list for each client, tracking deadlines and driving completion across internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can diagnose issues and act independently.
• Excellent communication skills to answer client questions on the spot.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Marketplace operations.
• Experience handling inventory management and shipment coordination.
