Account Manager – B2B Hospitality Partnerships

About the role

You will be the operational powerhouse behind our partner relationships, ensuring every commercial deal runs smoothly from start to finish. Working with B2B accounts across business, education and leisure, you will turn hot opportunities into confirmed bookings while keeping partners delighted.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming requests and leads quickly, delivering competitive offers.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with business, education and leisure partners.
• Draft, process and manage rate agreements, proposals and contracts with accuracy.
• Keep partner data clean and up‑to‑date in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations and Community teams on rates and guest perks.
• Monitor key accounts for renewal and upselling opportunities.
• Track local market rates to keep offers attractive.
• Participate in local community events to strengthen the partner network.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of operational sales experience in Meeting & Events or a hotel setting.
• Post‑secondary degree.
• Proven experience managing partner relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for contracts and rates.
• Excellent communication and a pragmatic, problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.
