Account Manager – Bologna (Food Delivery)

About the role

Join Deliveroo’s Commercial team in Bologna as an Account Manager, acting as a strategic consultant for restaurant partners across Italy. You will use data‑driven insights and industry knowledge to drive partner growth and strengthen brand relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, serving as the primary point of contact in the region.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and share insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contract terms to align with company goals and improve financial performance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and customer loyalty.
• Oversee the perimeter P&L, spotting financial risks and unlocking new revenue streams.

Required profile

• Significant experience in account management or sales, preferably within the Horeca, restaurant or food‑service sectors.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and commercial negotiations.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term strategic relationships.
• Fluent in Italian with professional English proficiency.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Project‑management application proficiency.
