Account Manager – Bologna

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for an Account Manager to join its Italian Commercial team in Bologna. You will act as a strategic consultant for restaurant partners, using data‑driven insights to drive growth and strengthen brand relationships across the Italian market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, serving as the primary point of contact and building long‑term partnerships.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and share insights with partners to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions to align with company objectives and improve financial performance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share, loyalty and overall portfolio performance.
• Oversee the perimeter P&L, identify financial risks and unlock new revenue streams.

Required profile

• Significant experience in account management or sales, preferably within the Horeca, restaurant or food‑service sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage P&L and conduct complex commercial negotiations.
• Demonstrated skill in building and maintaining strategic relationships with external stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM and project‑management tools to drive portfolio strategy.
• Fluent in Italian with professional proficiency in English.
