Account Manager – Digital Platforms

About the role
Poke House is seeking a commercially sharp and analytically minded Account Manager to drive revenue across its digital platforms. You will work across multiple international markets, managing third‑party food‑delivery relationships while also owning the performance of Poke House’s own digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with third‑party delivery platform partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Lead contract, marketing, and financial negotiations to improve revenue and margins.
- Monitor and analyse partner performance metrics, turning data into actionable insights.
- Develop and execute growth strategies that increase market share and financial performance.
- Own Poke House’s owned digital channels, from promotional strategy to revenue management and performance reporting.
- Identify, improve, and automate operational processes to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to align commercial objectives.

- Detail‑oriented, able to dive into operational processes and data.
- Strategic thinker who can develop and execute growth plans.
- Independent executor who continuously seeks process improvements.
