Account Manager – Energy Market Solutions

About the role

Aurora is looking for an Italian‑speaking Account Associate to join its Account Management team in Rome. You will drive sales and manage accounts for energy market subscription and software services, working with leading utilities, banks, and investment funds.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep relationships with strategically important accounts across multiple touchpoints.
• Maintain regular contact with key stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, and nurture new connections.
• Re‑engage customers approaching renewal and drive cross‑selling and up‑selling of services regionally.
• Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring deliverables are met and senior‑level engagement is maximised.
• Track account milestones, anticipate future needs, and develop strategies to enhance account value.
• Lead multi‑stakeholder negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain an opportunity pipeline in Salesforce CRM and report on account plans.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of technical or subscription sales experience.
• Commercial acumen with a creative approach to identifying opportunities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy, Economics, or a related field.
• Calm and adaptable in high‑pressure situations.
• Highly organized, persistent, and diligent.
• Proactive and versatile in a fast‑moving industry.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
