Account Manager – Florence

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for an Account Manager to join its commercial team in Florence. You will act as a strategic consultant for partner restaurants, using data‑driven insights and industry knowledge to help them grow and improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, building long‑term, high‑value relationships.
• Monitor and analyse partner performance, providing actionable insights to boost operational metrics and satisfaction.
• Negotiate contract terms to enhance supply quality, financial performance and the Consumer Value Proposition.
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies that increase performance, loyalty, and market share.
• Oversee perimeter P&L, identifying growth opportunities and managing risks.

Required profile

• Significant experience in account management or sales, focusing on long‑term commercial relationships.
• Strong understanding of P&L and proven negotiation abilities.
• Ability to use data and project‑management tools to inform decisions.
• Market knowledge of the Horeca, restaurant, or food sectors is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is a plus.
