Account Manager – Italy (Spare Parts)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager for the Italian market to be the face of Platform Parts with our Italian customers. The role combines field work in Italy – visiting existing accounts and prospecting new business – with office work from our Waregem headquarters, handling quotations, orders and coordination with purchasing.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and strengthen relationships with existing Italian customers.
• Prospect and acquire new customers in Italy.
• Maintain daily contact with customers from the Waregem office.
• Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian (spoken and written).
• Strong commercial drive and ability to contribute to department growth.
• Excellent communication and customer‑focused attitude.
• Problem‑solving mindset, accuracy and teamwork.
• Proactive and self‑motivated.
