About the role

Temu is looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team. You will act as the main point of contact for sellers, helping them navigate registration, compliance, listing, and account‑management issues while driving platform growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for sellers, handling registration, compliance, listing support and account queries promptly.
  • Educate sellers on platform policies, documentation needs and troubleshoot listing errors, payment delays, or compliance violations.
  • Work closely with Legal, Compliance and Product teams to resolve escalations and improve internal processes.
  • Analyse seller feedback and pain points to suggest platform or workflow enhancements.
  • Deliver training sessions on best practices for account health and growth.
  • Monitor seller performance metrics such as onboarding completion rates and issue‑resolution times, reporting trends to leadership.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years experience in e‑commerce operations, account management or seller support, preferably on a marketplace or cross‑border platform.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability and comfort handling ambiguous, high‑volume inquiries.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (product standards, tax documentation).
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in Italian; business‑level Mandarin is a plus.
