Account Manager – Leisure & Corporate Sales

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Northern Milan office and drive sales across leisure and trade partners while supporting corporate sales initiatives throughout the EMEA region. The role requires fluency in Italian and English and will involve managing relationships with multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new partners in Italy, Germany, Austria and Poland.
• Negotiate service agreements, commission structures and pricing for leisure and corporate segments.
• Manage group bookings, allocations and act as the primary contact for trade partners.
• Collaborate with pricing, marketing and operations teams to create tailored offers.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and ESG initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts and market insights in the CRM system.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies using Business Intelligence data.

Required profile

• Business‑level proficiency in Italian and English.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably within travel, leisure or corporate services.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently in an office‑based environment.
