Account Manager – Perugia

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for an Account Manager to join its Commercial team in Perugia. You will act as a strategic consultant for restaurant partners, using data‑driven insights and industry knowledge to grow their presence on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of restaurant brands, building long‑term relationships.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and share insights to improve partner satisfaction and revenue.
• Negotiate contract terms to enhance supply quality, financial performance and consumer value.
• Plan and execute strategies that increase market share, financial health and brand loyalty within your territory.
• Manage the portfolio’s P&L, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks.

Required profile

• Significant experience in account management or sales, preferably in the Horeca, restaurant or food market sectors.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and commercial negotiations.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with external stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM tools and project‑management applications to drive portfolio strategy.
• Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English.
