Account Manager - Piemonte

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for an Account Manager to join its Piemonte team, acting as a strategic consultant for restaurant partners. Using data-driven insights and industry knowledge, you will lead their growth and manage brand relationships across the Italian market. The role sits in the Italian Account Management team, which offers premium consultancy to top brands by working across marketing, operations and product.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of restaurant brands, build lasting partnerships and act as the main point of contact for the regional network
• Monitor and analyse portfolio performance metrics, sharing data-led insights with partners to find growth opportunities and improve satisfaction
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions aligned with company goals, improving financial performance and the Consumer Value Proposition
• Develop and run portfolio strategies to increase market share and loyalty
• Manage the perimeter P&L, identify financial risks and unlock new revenue opportunities

Required profile

• Significant experience in account management or sales, ideally in Horeca, restaurant or food markets
• Strong understanding of P&L management and proven ability to handle complex commercial negotiations
• Proven track record of building long-term strategic relationships with external stakeholders
• Fluency in Italian and a strong professional command of English

Required skills

• Experience using CRM tools and project management applications to guide portfolio strategy
• Strategic project management and relationship-building

What we offer

• Target compensation of EUR 36,000 to 45,000 gross per year, under the CCNL Commercio e Terziario (Level 3)
• Base salary range of EUR 31,320 to 39,150
• No equity/RSU grant eligibility
