Account Manager – Remote (European Time Zone)

About the role

Zipline is seeking a remote Account Manager to own the ongoing relationship with assigned customers. Working from a European time zone, you will guide clients through onboarding, adoption, renewals and expansion, ensuring they receive lasting value from Zipline’s SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead the onboarding of new customers, guaranteeing a successful launch.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and voice of the customer within Zipline.
• Build strong relationships with executive sponsors and operational stakeholders.
• Advise customers on best practices, continuous improvement and ROI.
• Educate customers on new features, enhancements and product updates.
• Partner with Implementation, Support, Product and technical teams for smooth handoffs and post‑launch optimization.
• Maintain structured success plans, adoption milestones and growth opportunities.
• Own customer health, renewal readiness and churn‑risk mitigation.
• Identify expansion opportunities and help build business cases for upsells.
• Lead challenging situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop case studies and other success assets.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience managing B2B customer accounts.
• Proactive, independent mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work remotely in a European time zone.
