Account Manager – Restaurant Partnerships (Italy)

About the role

As an Account Manager you will be the trusted advisor for top restaurant partners across Italian cities, helping them grow on Glovo’s platform. You will combine data‑driven insights with industry knowledge to optimise partnerships and deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication.
• Understand partners’ business goals and provide strategic guidance and support.
• Analyse performance data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability for both partners and Glovo.
• Accelerate revenue through smart promotions, marketing activations and menu optimisation.
• Own partner revenue performance and drive measurable growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service to deliver customised solutions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process in the app, from store setup to the first days on Glovo.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in high‑performance account management or business consultancy, preferably in FMCG, food‑hospitality or on‑demand delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field is a plus.
• Native‑level Italian and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset, data‑driven problem‑solver and results‑oriented.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
