Account Manager – Restaurant Partnerships (Liguria)

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for an Account Manager to join its Commercial team in Genoa, supporting restaurant partners across the Liguria region. You will act as a strategic consultant, using data‑driven insights to help partners grow while managing the brand relationship on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a portfolio of restaurant brands, serving as the primary point of contact for partners in the region.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and share actionable insights to drive partner growth and satisfaction.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions that align with Deliveroo’s commercial objectives and improve financial performance.
• Design and execute strategic plans to increase market share, loyalty and overall portfolio performance.
• Oversee the perimeter P&L, identify financial risks and uncover new revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• Significant experience in account management or sales, preferably within the Horeca, restaurant or food‑service sector.
• Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage P&L and conduct complex commercial negotiations.
• Demonstrated skill in building long‑term strategic relationships with external stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM and project‑management tools to guide portfolio strategy.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English for collaboration with global teams.
