Account Manager – Vacation Rentals (Bolzano)

About the role

As an Account Manager based in Bolzano, you will be the primary point of contact for vacation‑rental hosts in South Tyrol using Holidu’s platform. You will guide them through onboarding, support post‑booking queries and help them maximise their revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new hosts, coordinate the “go‑live” of their listings and provide ongoing product guidance.
• Answer post‑booking questions and ensure a high level of customer‑oriented service.
• Collaborate with product and content teams to streamline the onboarding process.
• Conduct regular business meetings with key hosts, building strong relationships and identifying revenue‑growth opportunities.
• Analyse performance data, develop solution‑oriented strategies and track results.
• Organise lead‑generation and networking events to foster a community of hosts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, tourism or other customer‑facing roles.
• Excellent communication skills, calm and friendly under pressure.
• Customer‑centric, problem‑solving attitude.
• Strong interest in new technologies and the travel industry.
• Near‑native German and fluent English; Italian is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence.
